CONSTRUCTION PHASE DEVELOPMENTS

Pre-construction meetings were held on Wednesday, October 28th, 2020 with all contractors.  Excavation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant site will begin on Monday, November 2nd.  Once all HOP Permits are in place, line construction will begin.  Main line construction will begin near the WWTP site on Billings Mill Road.  There may be several crews working in different areas of the line. Ground crews will be expected in the area where work is planned to talk to home owners.  For seasonal homeowners, contact by other means will be attempted.  PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE TO ME.  You may call the office at 570-836-0514 or email lttwpsma@yahoo.com with your contact information.

When I am told they are working in an area, this website will be updated.

In the above Box are Invoice forms to print.  Payment for Reserve taps are due by January 15, 2021.  Connection fee can be paid as well but, are not yet due.  An Invoice  can be sent to anyone requesting it.  Call or email if you need an invoice mailed.  If you wish, you may bring payment into the office and the form will be completed here. If you completed a Reserve tap form, you are scheduled to get one. If it is not paid in full before installation there will be an additional late fee. Thank you for your cooperation.

NOTE: The Reserve tap fee was set by the contractor.  The form you completed states the $500 as a guess estimate until we had a Contractor hired.  Anyone wishing to cancel their Reserve tap, it must be done as soon as possible. It is in the Design and will be installed unless we hear from you, in writing or an email. RESERVE TAPS ARE FOR VACANT LOT OWNERS, ONLY.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS REGARDING THE UPCOMING PROJECT ARE UPDATED AT THE END OF THE FAQ SECTION OF THIS SITE

Billings Mill Road residents will have the option of hooking onto the public sewer system at the time of installation.  At this time, the cost will be considerably less than future hookup when on-lot systems malfunction.  Please contact the Authority by email or phone if you would like to be considered for hookup or have questions on the upcoming service.

Low interest loans (1%) will be available to low to moderate income households.  Age 62 and older may qualify for grants. Second homes do not qualify.  Income ranges can be provided upon request at lttwpsma@yahoo.com or 570-836-0514
